brothers and sisters
children’s photographer is the coolest job (at least to me!). I get to have so much fun with kids all the time. and I enjoy the memory over and over when I am editing. by the time when their gallery is open, I know each child’s charactor so well. I should write a book about the conversation with kids. Sometimes, they say such a sweet question. I think it goes so well with their crystal clear eyes.

below pics are two girls out of four who always gets more attention than boys - you know why.. I like interacting with girls. They are so~ different than boys and I know we would have special bond! but don’t get me wrong, I love boys, too. and I am REALLY good with boys (that is what I do when I am not a photographer. )

I am sure I will post more pics from this session. last comment! four is awesome!!!! It was a great fun!

Baby yellowhale has arrived… I love working with newborns especially when they are 3-10 days old. This gorgeous baby “b” is 8 days old and he was able to stay awake for most of the session. AMAZING! Don’t you love those little folds in his forhead? I just luuuuuuuuuuuuuuuv babies…
I will have more pics to post here, but hey, I could not wait to proof them all. So stay tuned!

[ For those who are expecting ]
This great baby-as a newborn pictures can be taken only during their first week or two. The earlier the better, because babies will grow quickly and lose all those cute wrinkles and beautiful newborn postures. and they will develope baby acne and their skin will peel soon. So if you are due and would like a newborn session, please call or e mail me before the baby is born. I can always squeeze in newborn session in my schedule.

Like promised… here are some more pictures from Geneva! I was waiting at the parking lot and met this beauty with her mom. That day, I missed the whole morning class becuase I had to run to the Doc’s office for Eric (my little one). However, I did get to capture this busy 2 1/2 year old “A’s” gorgeous smile - the only one from morning class ^.^
and more to come!!!

I almost never had to cancel a session due to rain… because weather is a part of our day and life. And I capture people’s real life!
Somtimes, my clients are concerned because of a rain-all-day forecast (or too much of sun, too.) Then I explain I shoot rain or shine~ Amazingly and honestly, it always had stopped raining when I started shooting!!! ~~~~~~ Until today!
For some reason, we’ve got so much rain recently (including today) here in Maryland. And this happy family would like to take pictures with their grandma while she is visiting. We really hoped and prayed the cloud would clear up before 4:00 pm, but it actually poured when we started at 4:30pm. And we did these….

and this is with grandma!!!!

Nonetheless, here comes the happiest family! Thanks to the kids ”l”, “m”, and “s” - didn’t mind getting wet!!!! You guys did awesome!

Oh my~ I have a lot to say!
[for Geneva parents]

Thank you so much for your nice comment about Field Day pictures. I keep getting e mails from moms and teachers. I have been waiting to get all model release forms from moms to post some of the real nice shots here.
It all started with a simple thought of displaying Geneva kids images in the lobby at the school. Whenever I come to school to pick up my kids at Geneva, I always thought these kids were not only cute… but so~~~~ precious. and I always wanted to capture their oh so sparkling (precious gem like) eyes and little busy fingers picking up a ball. I sometimes want to freeze the time from passing so quickly. Maybe that is why I do this and I love doing it so much. Kids are growing TOO FAST!!!!!
I also have to say to the moms whose child was not in the gallery that I feel bad that I could not have every child taken. And one morning, my little one Eric had such a bad allergic reaction that we had to run to the dotor’s office. So I missed Thursday morning classes, sorry!!!
Hope you all had viewed those precious moments taken though my lens that day and enjoy them for a life time! I will~~~~
Thanks again! I am still getting orders with signed release forms. Please submit your orderes by Wednesday 5/14 to Amanda.
p.s. I will post more pictures from this event later!
