Mine

It has been such a long time since I post mine here.

Yes!!!! these are my boys who are 3 and 5. I just don’t realize how fast they grow until I see them in pictures. wow… I feel so happy and excited about them growing into nice big boys~ but always at the same time, I feel sad that they are more independant, meaning farther out from my reach.

Thanks to my fabulous photographer friend Dorie (Dorie Lynn Photography) who I used to work with. She flew all the way from Boston to take me these beautiful pictures. (I can not thank her enough!!!!) and I can be in the pictures. I think it is such a wonderful thing to do to include myself in the scene so that I can look back and cherish the moments more closely to original. Word is just not enough to carry our feelings. Even though everything now seems to be so real and tangible, before you know, the kids will grow… and your memory will fade.

Even few weeks after the session, - our session day was extremely hot, humid + lots of bugs + sweat — these pictures give me such a joy and love that I can only smile looking at them over and over.

Below left is taken by Dorie last year (August) and right is this year (October). See how much they are changed. I love to compare the same setting of different times. They are still my sweet pumpkin little butter honey bunch, but they are just not the same!!!!

I do what I do to give the best memories to all the moms who feel the same way as I do~ because our kids are so precious! Right?
Because I know you will cherish them forever!
