Welcome to Yellowhale Blog!

I am Kyung Jung and an artist-photographer specializing in children’s portrait using natural light on location- indoor/outdoor. I do not believe in artificial anything like studio lighting or “say cheese” for a smile. So I use what is there including your sofa, rain and even tears! I have been capturing precious moments of young children and their family for many years and I am LOVING it.

I am based in Washington, DC /Potomac, Maryland and I travel at least once a year to Boston, New York, San Diego, Vancouver and Seoul, Korea for shoot. Available to travel out of state as well.

I am currently booked the end of August (it usually comes 4-8weeks ahead) and my session is on Fri~ Sun. and closed on school vacation (except summer). I am updating Yellowhale Blog at least once a week, so please come again! and enjoy!!!!
